Description
The Fremantle Hospital (FH), South Metropolitan Health Service, requires the replacement of roof areas as nominated on D Block and T Block.
D Block is a two (2) and one (1) storey building with multilevel parts to the roof, with one single storey roof to be replaced entirely and the stormwater services only to be replaced on the main building. There are package AC units mounted on the roof surface.
T Block is a three (3) storey building with multilevel parts to the roof, which is at the end of its serviceable life. There is mechanical ductwork on the roof surface.
The building roof areas have been identified as being due for replacement.
