Open Space requires the services of construction project managers to manage and administer construction contracts for three (3no.) live projects in the Program. As a high-risk and high-value activity which does not form part of the Department's core business, construction works require the engagement of specialist consultants to effectively represent the Department's interests and administer construction contracts.
