Particulars
The Bradfield Development Authority is charged with delivering Bradfield City Centre (BCC), a c.114ha new city in Western Sydney. This long term project comes with a lot of risks from changing market conditions including property prices, interest rates, construction costs, demand types of housing and other changes that will affect the build out of the BCC and value for money that the Government will recieve from its investment. Therefore, it is critical to have regular updates on the market activity to understand the key property and economic drivers that will help BDA make strategic decisions in realising its long-term vision.
