Description
The Tasmanian Economic Regulator seeks to engage a consultant to assist in the Regulator’s inquiry under Part 5 of the Economic Regulator Act 2009 into the methodology used by the Transport Commission for setting taxi fares.
The Consultant will be required to assist in fulfilling this requirement.
The Regulator may also require the Consultant to provide advice relating to the Regulator’s investigation into reserve prices for Owner-Operator Taxi Licences.
In undertaking the consultancy, the Consultant is to engage with key stakeholders, industry and other persons it considers appropriate.
