Inbound Services Mobile Services Basic Telephone Services Managed Telephony Telephony API and OTT Services The Tasmanian Government (Government) seeks to establish a standing offer arrangement with one or more providers for the supply of a range of fixed and mobile voice, mobile data and related services. The Government has existing arrangements in place for delivery of enterprise fixed telephony, carriage and calls, UC and videoconferencing. There is no intention to replace those arrangements at this time. The service categories requested in this Request for Tender are: Individual Tenderers will not be required to offer all of the categories to be eligible for appointment to the panel. It is intended that any appointed Supplier may develop and offer new services in any category during the term of any agreement(s). The initial term is likely to be two years, with multiple options for the Government to extend at its sole discretion.
