Small Business Resources on Paid Family and Domestic Violence Leave

This procurement is part of a suite of measures announced by the Australian Government in the October 2022-23 Budget to support small businesses implement 10 days’ paid family and domestic violence leave under the National Employment Standards, implemented by the Fair Work Amendment (Paid Family and Domestic Violence Leave) Act 2022. This Request For Tender seeks proposals to provide information and resources tailored to small business requirements to assist small business to clearly understand their paid family and domestic violence leave obligations.
