Hydrotherapy Pool Mechanical Services Upgrade, New Plant Room and Minor Works

Tenders are sought from suitably experienced registered builders for the contract described above. The contract consists of the supply and installation of a new air conditioning and ventilation system to the existing Therapy Pool. The work includes but is not limited to:

• New reverse cycle fresh air packaged air conditinoing system, new duct work and control system.
• Removal and modification and/or replacemetn of existing exhaust fans
• Upgrade of existing electrical supply to the Therapy Pool Building, new distribution board.
• Removal, modification and/or replacement of existing electrical systems including lighting, power supply to fans, heaters etc.
• Demolition and removal of existing structure to enable construction of new works
• Demolition and modification of existing shed including reloation of existing roller door.
• Construction of a new mechanical services plantroom consisting of concrete slab, steel roof structure and metal louvre cladding.
• Removal of existing windows and either bricking up or replacing
• Supply and installation of new insulation and ceiling to the Pool Hall
• Making good, minor and incidental works as necessary to complete the work
