Description
The Works comprise the construction of gravel access roads, campsite bays and earthworks for concrete building site pads using imported granular materials, mainly gravel supplied by the contractor.
Bituminous surfacing works is confined to the fishtail on the intersection of the Lake Brockman Tourist Park and the campsite access road. Bituminous works may be 2 coat emulsion aggregate seal or asphalt, this is to be determined.
The work under the Contract comprises the supply of labour, materials and plant for the construction, testing and maintenance of sub-grade, gravel base, bituminous surfacing, sub soil drainage and all other work necessary for the proper completion and operation of the Works.
