Provision of Various Security Services

The Public Trustee (the Customer) offers independent, professional trustee and asset management services to the Western Australian community. These include Will and Enduring Power of Attorney drafting, deceased estate administration, executor support, financial administration and trust management services. Trust management services include managing the financial affairs, when appointed by the State Administrative Tribunal, of people who have been deemed incapable of managing their own (this could be due to some form of dementia, intellectual disability, a psychiatric disorder, old age or infirmity).

The Customer operates with a security presence during business hours. This presence includes a concierge service at the Trust Reception and a roaming guard service throughout the Customer’s tenancy and building, including the upper and lower basement carparks. There is also a requirement for ‘Cash in Transit’ and banking services. The Customer is seeking to engage an experienced Contractor able to provide all of the above Services.
