Description
The Wadjemup Hill precinct is a premier destination on Rottnest Island (Wadjemup) and upgrade works will improve infrastructure and visitor amenity to better accommodate the already high and ever-increasing levels of visitation.
The design and construction of the BOP Remedial works shall conform with the requirements set out in the RFQ Documents.
The project is to be undertaken in a phased approach:
Phase 1 Condition Assessment. Completed 2020
Phase 2 Preliminary Design. Completed 2020
Phase 3 Design and Construct – between March to September 2021
