Creative Services Panel

The Department of State Development (DSD) often needs to produce, sometimes within tight deadlines, creative assets such as graphic design, branding, campaign production and digital media that enhances departmental communications. These materials often enrich or support campaigns, community activities and the promotion of department services.

As a result, DSD intends to establish a panel of creative services agencies with the capability and flexibility to deliver across a variety of project types and sizes, from small ad hoc project work through to campaign brand strategy and development, at predetermined rates.

Suitably capable suppliers are invited to respond to this Request for Quote (RFQ) by specifying the services they are able to supply, across the full range of creative services. This will enable DSD to subsequently engage and purchase a full range of creative services through a simplified secondary procurement process.
