Particulars
The Independent Certifier has been engaged by the Principal under the BN Design IC Deed to provide independent certification services in respect of the design documentation to be provided by; a. The Service Provider in accordance with the deed titled "Professional Services Contract PSC No 00013/10903 - Underground Station Design and Technical Services Sydney Metro City and Southwest" as between the Principal, Arcadis Australia Pacific Ltd ABN 76 104 485 289, Mott MacDonald Pty Ltd ABN 13 134 120 353 dated 13 March 2017 (the Barangaroo Design PSC) and; b. Infrastructure New South Wales in accordance with the interface agreement titled "Sydney Metro City and Southwest Barangaroo/Metro Interface Agreement (000-TPA-BDA)" as between the Principal and Infrastructure New South Wales dated June 2017 (the Interface Agreement)
