Description
A groundwater assessment is underway related to reported flooding/inundation that has been occurring within a lot and factory at 20 Clavering Road in Bayswater. During the initial assessment, a review and assessment of potential effect from multiple previous and current MRWA and PTA infrastructure projects in the area was undertaken. The initial assessment and data gap analysis concluded that additional groundwater level data would be required to refine and finalise the assessment. PTA requires the Services of a Consultant to undertake further ground water monitoring and assessment.
