Particulars
The Office of Responsible Gambling is procuring a provider to deliver the GambleAware Digital Platform Support Desk (Support Desk) and provide technical support to manage, triage, coordinate and respond to technical enquiries for users of the GambleAware Digital Platform. The successful supplier will be responsible for managing a hotline and email account for users to raise incidents and require services relating to the GambleAware Digital Platform.
