Description
Services to be delivered by the Specified Personnel as required by the EMR Program for the duration of the contract will include (but is not limited to) a combination of the following, depending on the Project/s they are allocated: •Enhanced clinical alignment and integration in leading the clinical workflow, content and data setsalignment/harmonisation •Support the sourcing, analysis and documentation of current state priority workflows, clinicalcontent, and clinical data sets. •The development of robust assessments and criteria (see Deliverables/Output/Outcome section forexamples) provides a more objective, data-driven approach to decision-making. •Identifying and documenting workflow, clinical content and clinical data variation acrosssites and HSPs, and in identifying opportunities where these can be betteraligned/harmonised. •Support the analysis of current documentation and identify gaps in existing dataprinciples and data and information strategies. Aid the Senior Business Analyst inclinical and non-clinical stakeholder consultation to develop a fit -for-purpose EMR Data& Information Management Strategy and Plan, including documentation of gapassessments, stakeholder reviews, and endorsed definitions. •Leading comprehensive current state discovery activities enhance the Program’s visibility andensures a well-documented baseline, enabling thorough understanding of gaps, riskidentification and mitigation, increased certainty, and informed transformation efforts. •Establishing enduring processes supports ongoing governance, accuracy and ownership ofdata and application repositories. •Supporting the refinement of requirements improves the quality, clarity and completeness ofRFT documentation, ensuring vendor responses align with EMR Program needs. •Increased stakeholders buy-in by developing organisational understanding of data as an asset.This will reduce cost and increase certainty of the EMR implementation. As well as providingongoing benefits to WA Health for future activities within the data domain.
