AV Goods and Services

QUT is committed to enhancing contemporary AV solutions with emerging and transformative technologies with the aim of maintaining our status as a sector leader in the provisioning and management of learning and teaching capabilities.

QUT is looking to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement with a Panel of suppliers (between 3 – 5) to provide AV goods and services (including installation). This tender seeks to identify possible supplier/s capable of providing high quality, cost effective, flexible and robust solution/s that:

• Support the University’s mission and goals
• Meet the strategic and operational requirements of the University
• Provide opportunities to set a sector leading standard for technology solutions in its learning and teaching spaces
• Enable the University to provide AV solutions in a fiscally responsible manner
• Develop a design catalogue to ensure and deliver uniformity and standards across the university. Examples of equipment used to create catalogue items includes AMX, Panasonic, Samsung, QSC and Bose amongst others.

QTender has the following limitations when uploading submission responses:

• Total of no greater than 50 files and 100mb per upload
• File names should contain only Alphanumeric characters and be short and succinct.
