Debt Management and Recovery Services

The National Indigenous Australians Agency (the Customer) requires assistance from a debt recovery service provider to support recovery of its more challenging outstanding debts.

This includes location services and assistance with recovery by way of phone calls, emails and physically attending personal and business premises.

The Supplier will be required to:

· deliver debt management services that supplement the Customer’s internal debt management activities to provide an efficient, cost-effective and flexible service for managing and collecting outstanding debts;

· act on behalf of the Customer in the provision of debt management services that requires interaction with a diverse range of debtors and their circumstances in a respectful and sensitive manner with the outcome of assisting debtors with debt management; and

· provide a range of payment and debt management options, noting the Customer may restrict these options.

This work is expected to be on an as required basis with all funds recovered to be directly deposited into a nominated Customer bank account.

The provision of legal services to support debt recovery action is not in scope of this ATM.
