Civil Contractor for Bulk Earthworks at The Village, Oonoonba

You are invited to submit a lump sum tender to undertake civil works for bulk earthworks at The Village, Oonoonba.

Civil works include bulk filling of the balance land parcel at Oonoonba in order to facilitate future development of residential allotments, roads and parks. The works consist primarily of clearing the balance parcel, importing suitable fill material (compacted in situ) and shaping / battering where required. Associated civil works will also be required including the installation of culverts and soil erosion and sediment control devices..
