Enterprise Intranet Redesign Services

The Department of Transport and Main Roads invites offers for the provision of ICT Consultancy Services for the Enterprise Intranet Redesign project.

The Enterprise Intranet Redesign project will be conducted in a number of stages, the first of which is expected to address the following requirements for Strategy development and Design:

• Undertaking an intranet needs analysis across the key intranet user groups;
• Provide an evaluation of issues, problems and opportunities;
• Undertaking a proven design process to match requirements to proposed design;
• Provide an intranet roadmap or equivalent strategic outline;
• Provide mentoring / training to TMR staff to support knowledge transfer across the intranet rebuild / redesign process;
• Providing specialist advice on implementing the SharePoint 2013 content management system;
• Undertaking detailed analysis of existing intranet through a proven requirements gathering approach;
• Production of design artefacts such as information architecture, wireframes, design pages layouts;
• Mentoring / training TMR intranet team to ensure knowledge transfer occurs across the intranet rebuild / redesign process;
• Providing technical design advice on changing the intranet and/or content;
• Providing specialist advice on intranet governance approaches and what would best suit the TMR operating environment.
