Expression of Interest for Facilities Maintenance, Asset Maintenance and Overhaul Services for Stanwell Corporation Limited

Following a restructure of the Queensland Government-owned electricity generators in 2011, Stanwell Corporation Limited (Stanwell) became Queensland's largest power generator with the capacity to supply more than 45 per cent of the state's peak power needs. Stanwell’s portfolio consists of Stanwell power station near Rockhampton; Tarong and Tarong North power stations and the Meandu Mine in the South Burnett region; Swanbank power station near Ipswich; Mica Creek Power Station near Mt Isa; hydro-electric power stations in far north Queensland and Lake Wivenhoe; and the Mackay gas turbine.
Stanwell has been reviewing its contract arrangements across many areas of it's operations.
This review is now looking at the supply arrangements for the provision of Facilities Maintenance (FM), Asset Maintenance (AM) and Overhaul Services (OH) and Stanwell is conducting this Expression of Interest (EOI) as part of an overarching objective to deliver a quantum improvement in safety and value for money through service consolidation and the standardisation of contractual arrangements across the business.
