Description
DJAG wishes to purchase evaluation services to conduct an evaluation of the Court Link program between 3 June 2019 and 30 January 2023.
The Customer has issued this Invitation to Offer to identify a Supplier able to:
• ensure that systems and processes provide a sound foundation for program delivery
• determine if Court Link is being implemented as intended (process evaluation)
• identify ways to improve the operation of Court Link (process evaluation)
• determine if Court Link is achieving outcomes (outcome evaluation)
• identify what elements of Court Link are working or not working (process and outcome evaluations)
• consider social and economic benefits to the extent feasible for a 12 week support program.
