This RFT involves Project Management services for the Planning, Design and Delivery of one full standard-sized operating theatre, one anaesthetic induction room and supporting spaces at Forbes Hospital. The supporting spaces may be rooms for consultation, booking, cleaning, patient waiting, recovery, serialising, storage (clean and dirty), deliveries, staff tearoom, patient and staff amenities, staff station. In terms of key deliverables, the project is expected to include Early works, Main works, and Commissioning.
