Description
The Department of Health through the Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) is seeking offers for a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the supply of power assisted stretchers with loading and locking devices. The initial term of the SOA will be three (3) years, with four (4) potential one-year extension periods.
Queensland Ambulance Service delivers world class pre-hospital emergency medical care to the public of Queensland.Amongst the priorities for the QAS are the continued modernisation and upgrading of pre-hospital equipment and technology to help deliver on our commitment to provide the highest possible standard in pre-hospital care.
QAS owns and operates a large number of Stretcher and Stair Chairs, and is seeking to replace (as and when required) current equipment that is equal to or exceeds current standards.
