House Clear Out, Goods and Chattel Removal

The Public Trustee of Queensland aims to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the delivery of House Clear Out, Goods and Chattel Removal services to the Clients of the Public Trust Office.

Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:

a. removal of Furniture and Effects from a property, transport and delivery;
b. specialist packing of Goods and Chattels;
c. general tidy / clean-up of the Property, post removal of Goods and Chattels; and
d. legal disposal of hazardous waste materials.

Forensic cleaning is excluded from this SOA.
