Delivery of Professional Grounds Maintenance Services

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the delivery of Professional Grounds Maintenance Services

The Department of Agriculture and Fisheries (DAF) has a facility located at 10357 Landsborough Highway, Longreach.The facility comprises of administrative buildings and sheds which are occupied during daylight operating hours.

Grounds maintenance services are required at this location to ensure the safety of personnel and visitors. Services include-

· All Lawn maintenance including mowing, slashing, edging, blowing, raking & hosing

· Weed control

· Tree trimming and hedging

· Waste removal

· Irrigation of lawns, plants & garden beds

· Providing all required personnel, plant, fertiliser, herbicide and equipment to perform the works (except for replacement items for irrigation systems)

Grounds Maintenance duties are required to be performed between the hours of 6:00am and 3:00pm Monday to Friday five (5) days per week excluding weekends and public holidays.
