Multimedia Materials including Video Production, Motion Graphics, Photography and Graphic Design

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for a Standing Offer Arrangement for the provision of Multimedia Materials . It includes video production, motion graphics, photography and graphic design.

The objective of this SOA is to establish a Pre-Qualified Panel (PQP) of suppliers with the capability and capacity to provide high quality multimedia materials that meet customer needs, on an as required basis.

The SOA will be available to individual Customers which may place a SOA Order for the products/services. It is anticipated that this SOA will be accessed predominantly by Queensland Government agencies.

Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:

• Instructional video – including the production of short educational videos and case study vignettes, adaptable to online eLearning environments [one (1) to three (3) minutes], plus video editing and post production.
• Promotional video – including the production of short videos for social media [ten (10) to thirty (30) seconds]; case study vignettes and corporate promotional videos [one (1) to three (3) minutes]; plus video editing and post production.
• Motion Graphics – including short motion graphics for social media [ten (10) to thirty (30) seconds] and corporate promotional motion graphics [one (1) to three (3) minutes].
• Photography - professional photography services, including post production, often on location in state schools.
• Graphic Design – including desktop publishing and creative design, within a corporate brand, for a wide range of publishing collateral, (for example: procedural documents, promotional booklets, fact sheets, brochures, posters and display materials), plus print services through third party printers.

It does not include:

• Strategic marketing and communication advice, planning, development and evaluation.
• Creative development and execution of large multiple-channel campaigns, including monitoring and performance management.
• Brand development.
• School photography i.e. class/student portraits.
• Projects lying within the scope of QGP0056-18: Creative Solutions Services SOA.
