Description
Renewal SA is seeking the services of an experienced and suitably qualified contractor for the provision of construction works of the Lot 338 TAFE Car Park (Separable Portion 1) and the MAB Loading Bay Car Park (Separable Portion 2) at Tonsley Innovation District.
The Lot 338 TAFE Car Park (SP1) works involves the delivery of 93 formalised car parking spaces to support growing precinct demand. The scope includes bulk earthworks and subgrade preparation, hot-mix asphalt pavement construction and kerbing, installation of stormwater and drainage infrastructure, lighting works, line-marking and landscaping to integrate the car park with the surrounding precinct.
The MAB Loading Bay Car Park (SP2) will provide 51 formalised spaces through upgrades to the existing surface. The scope includes clean entire concrete pavement where new asphalt it to be placed, sealing of major cracks and joints, application of a protective base layer and new asphalt surface, and localised patching of damaged concrete with asphalt where relevant.
