Submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations are sought by Courts Services Victoria ("CSV") for the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) Customer Service Process Review.

Offers using the attached RFP Response Schedule (Part D) must be lodged via the Tenders VIC E-Lodgement Portal .no later than 2.00pm AEST Thursday 29 October 2015. Facsimile, e-mail or late proposals will not be accepted.
