Engineering Services - Low Voltage (LV) Critical Supplies - Bassendean

The Low Voltage (LV) supply system serves as the lifeline for various essential functions including signalling, train control, traction power, and communications systems throughout the metropolitan rail network. Recognizing the critical role of stable electricity supply, the Low Voltage Critical Supplies (LVCS) Project has been initiated to address any deficiencies in LV equipment and update asset documentation across multiple sites. The primary objective is to ensure uninterrupted electricity delivery to rail systems. The Consultant will be tasked with conducting a comprehensive site survey, meticulously reviewing all existing data and documentation. Upon the completion of this assessment and the finalization of agreed rectification options outlined in the Asset Condition & Rectification Options (AC&RO) report, the Consultant will be responsible for producing engineering deliverables for the rectification options. Furthermore, they will offer indispensable support throughout the construction tendering process and oversee the implementation phase to ensure seamless execution of the proposed solutions. The Scope of Services for this project is divided into three stages: Design, Construction Tender, and Construction. The Consultant is responsible for providing all necessary management services, including project management, project control, invoicing, reporting, and other tasks throughout the entire duration of the consultancy contract, all within the fixed lump sum.
