The Respondent is requested to confirm its attendance by no later than 10:30AM, Perth, Western Australia the day before the scheduled Mandatory Briefing by contacting Lorraine Cody at the Commission on 9214 0445.
Failure to attend the Request briefing will result in the Respondent being ineligible for further consideration.

SUBMISSION OF OFFER
The Respondent may submit the Offer by hand at:

SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY FAX

The Respondent may submit the Offer by post at:
Locked Bag 11, Cloisters Square,
Perth WA 6850.
Note: Offers submitted by post must arrive at the locked bag not later than the Business Day prior to the Closing Time.
If the Respondent submits the Offer by hand or by post, the Respondent must provide four (4) copies, with one copy marked “original” and three (3) copies marked “copy”, and one (1) electronic copy on a CD (the CD must be labelled with the Respondent’s name and Request Number).
The electronic copy of the Offer must be provided on a CD in minimum Microsoft Word 97 or later.doc format (note: this is required for audit purposes).
