The Department of Commerce has a requirement for maintenance and support of its telecommunications infrastructure. This is comprised of various Nortel communications systems originally installed and maintained by Nortel/3D Networks.
The Department of Commerce is also interested in Avaya Software Assurance (optional ) as a cost effective means of ensuring the systems covered by the proposal are kept up to date.
