Description
City of Holdfast Bay is seeking a range of creative marketing service providers who will ultimately sit on a ‘panel of service providers’ (Panel) for Council. This Panel may be utilised throughout the contract term for development and delivery of various creative and marketing needs.
The Panel will be required to develop creative solutions and ensure a consistent brand, look and feel is achieved throughout all Council projects according to the City of Holdfast Bay style guide.
The creative jobs will include, but not be limited to, strategy, design, media buy, print, digital, creative development, distribution, implementation and reporting.The majority of Council jobs will be reliant on low cost, high impact creative services and delivery.
