Invitation to Supply: Employee Assistance and Critical Incident Managment Programs

The Department for Education's current arrangement for a range of psychological services is due to expire and the department is seeking to put in place a new panel arrangment for Employee Assistance Programs and Critical Incident Management services. This Invitation to Supply process seeks to engage the market for the provision of these services that will provide:

1. a confidential solution focused counselling service for all employees and their immediate families;

2. on-site psychological support to employees following a critical incident employing best practice trauma management procedures; and

3. other psychological services as required, such as assistance for Site Leaders and Managers, training, assessment and consultations.

Respondents are invited to apply to provide services for one or more categories . The new psychological services arrangement will be established via panel of providers. The panel arrangement will be for an initial two (2) years with two (2) extensions of one (1) year each (maximum contract duration of four (4) years).
