The scope of works of this project involves building compliance refurbishment and remediation works to building foundations, timber structure, Lead based paint removal and treatment, roof and wall sheeting replacement (including sliding door amendments), internal office replacement (Zone 2) and access ways, upgraded amenities (including Disability Access to Premises-Buildings), plumbing and drainage upgrades, mechanical ventilation, louvers, windows, etc. electrical upgrades, Communication (ICT) upgrades including new cable from Building B032, security upgrades and fire protection (including new dual pillar hydrant).
