Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water / Mid-term evaluation BC programs - PROC10194

The BC reforms 2016 required the establishment of several programs under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016. These programs have been in operations since 2017 and are now due for mid-term evaluations. The reforms encompass over 20 programs which benefits need to be evaluated to a) support NSW Treasury requirements, and b) to support the evidence collection needed for the next funding bid starting in 2024. Programs have been funded until June 2015.Procurement requires an independent evaluator to create a) an evaluation plan, b) evaluate 10 programs from the Biodiversity Conservation.
