Supply and Implementation of a Procedural Information and Customer Relationship Management System

Service Tasmania is seeking Expressions of Interest from companies to supply and implement a system that: Manages, stores and has a workflow process for procedural information; Manages Service Tasmania customer information, that will enable Service Tasmania to provide a personalised service; Records and captures each interaction with customers, across all service delivery channels; Interfaces with Shop Receipting System – STARS; and Enables customers to register their personal details and pre-pay Government bills. The proposal seeks a two-pronged solution, which can either be progressed separately, or concurrently. For reasons of Business Continuity it is essential that in the case ofseparate or staged proposals, Module A is given priority. Ideally, the ability to provide a single-point solution for both the Procedural Information Management System and the Customer Relationship Manager,or multiple solutions that are tightly integrated and accessed through a single interface, is considered to be highly desirable. No preference has currently been determined over whether the solution should be provided through commercial off-the-shelf solutions or through custom development.
