Description
The City of Tea Tree Gully (Council) has purchased a large commercial site at 1100 Golden Grove Road, Golden Grove and plans to establish a new Council Service Centre at this location. This project involves the conversion of three warehouse structures into storage facilities for Council's large plant and equipment, offices and meeting rooms and other associated works as detailed in the tender documentation.
Two Briefings are available for Tenderers to attend. Both Briefings have the same content and attendance is optional. The Briefings will be held on Tuesday, 14 November 2017, 9.30am to 12.30pm and Wednesday, 22 November 2017, 9.30am to 12.30pm, at 1100 Golden Grove Road, Golden Grove.
