Description
This tender is for the provision of road condition data obtained from a visual, automated and strength testing process that will enable Council to populate Technology One Asset Management software in the future but also provide data in a format that can be viewed in the short term (12 months) in a format that doesn’t require specialist software or this specialist software is available under licence for a minimal fee.
While Council does not have a preference for an automated system over a manual assessment to develop the data necessary to populate a Pavement Management System whatever system is chosen will require the consultant to ensure that the system collected is representative of the actual road condition and the tests and accuracy of the data is repeatable and uniform during the assessment of the total road network (178km).
