Undertake external upgrade works to the two and three-storey main buildings on three Walk-up flat group sites at Gilberton, Hawthorn and Henley Beach South, South Australia and in three separate contracts. Work includes replacing existing asbestos sheet roofs, upgrading internal division walls, repairs and painting building exteriors, refurbishment of roof plumbing and windows.
