Provision of Multimedia Presentation Equipment

The Department is seeking to establish a Deed of Standing Offer to appoint a non-exclusive, sole supplier to fulfil its requirements for the supply and ongoing maintenance/support of multi-media presentation equipment, where required nationally. The successful tenderer(s) will be required to negotiate a pricing regime that enables the Department to purchase and/or lease multimedia presentation equipment for all offices.

The objectives are for the Department to gain best value for money in (upgrading/acquiring) multi-media presentation equipment with the latest technology to meet the Department’s business needs; to receive expert advice and assistance at both operational and strategic levels for the provision of multi-media presentation equipment; and to receive maintenance and support, and training if required, at all of the Department’s national locations.
