Meeting Room Technology and Fit-Out

When NOPSEMA established Level 8 in the Alluvion Building, we deferred the fit-out of equipment in the meeting rooms on this level until we had a chance to clearly understand our requirements before making significant investment in equipment, particularly audio visual teleconferencing.

Requirement is to design and implement the equipment and services needed for each of the meeting rooms in NOPSEMA’s Perth office, focusing on (but not limited to) Level 8 rooms.

Includes considering the need for AV teleconferencing, smart boards, whiteboards, projectors and other items to facilitate meetings, training sessions and workshops.
