Description
The Commonwealth requires an event management company to manage and deliver the Contract for Services associated with the NAIDOC National Awards Ceremony and Ball (the Event). The Event is a gala dinner where Indigenous Australians are presented with NAIDOC National Awards. The 2015 event will take place on Friday 10 July in Adelaide, South Australia. The size of the event is predicted to be approximately 1200 guests.
The Commonwealth invites submissions from Tenderers with experience, capability and capacity to provide event management services for large scale events.
Required services include:
- Audio visual and staging
- Broadcast management
- Catering
- Entertainment
- Photography
- Production of event material including copywriting, graphic design and printing
- Project management
- Theming
- Travel, accommodation and logistics
- Venue selection and contracting
