Redevelopment Mt Pleasant Laboratories

Stage 1 - alterations and refurbishment of the existing Wet Laboratory facility within the Animal Health Laboratories to allow certification to achieve PC3 Laboratory status under the Australian Standards. Building works involve alteration to internal rooms and wall layouts with minor alteration to the existing wall line. New fitout includes specialised mechanical, electrical, communications, data, hydraulics, benches and finishes. Stage 2 - An extension to the existing Animal Health Laboratory wing for the provision of a new Microscope Room, specialised storage facilities, general offices. The extension is over 2 levels. Note that both stages run concurrently.
