Description
The Department of Commerce is seeking to establish a panel of suitably qualified service providers to deliver Compulsory Professional Development (CPD) activities, which will be provided in both face-to-face and distance learning mode. The CPD programs are provided for real estate agents, business brokers, settlement agents, real estate sales representatives and real estate property managers, who are licensed or registered under Western Australian legislation and carrying on business in this State.
Work Component 1 comprises the delivery of face-to-face CPD activities based on training kits provided by the Department.
Work Component 2 comprises delivery of CPD activities in distance learning mode by administration of distance learning packages provided by the Department electronically or by hard copy.
The content of the CPD activities will be different every year.
