Routine Maintenance of Mechanical Services
WA Maritime Museum
Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of the Department of Culture and Arts are seeking tenders from suitably qualified HVAC Contractors to undertake the Routine Maintenance of Mechanical Services at the WA Maritime Museum, Fremantle, in accordance with the provided specifications.
Tenderers will need to register for documents on the Tenders WA website by no later than 4.00pm Thursday 29th August 2013
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 9.00am on Friday 30th August 2013, meeting at the Entrance of the WA Maritime Museum, Victoria Quay, Fremantle.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
