Visiting the Site:
Pursuant to clause 7.3 of the AS 4120 - 1994 Code of Tendering, should tenderers choose to visit the
Site and familiarise themselves with the Site upon which the work is to be undertaken then they shall
comply with any Site access requirements specified in the Tender Documents.
Tenderers are to contract the school on 9453 0100 to arrange visitation prior to arriving on site. Please
note that the school is fenced and will be closed during the school holidays from 6th July to 21st July.
When visiting the school tenderers and all of their representatives shall report to the school
administration building and access will or will not be granted by the school principal in accordance
with the access requirements covered by subclause 2.30.4 - Restrictions On Access.
