Description
Spotless Services Australia Ltd on behalf of Central Institute of Technology is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors with recent experience in the Routine Maintenance of Mechanical Services and Associated Works.
Tenderers will need to register for documents with Beryl Maynard on 9288 1255 or by emailing [email hidden] by no later than 1600 on Friday 22 October 2010.
Documents will only be available for pickup on Tuesday 26 October 2010 between 0900 and 1600 from the Information Desk, Level 2, Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre 21 Mounts Bay Road, Perth.
There will be two Mandatory site visits for all sites conducted over two days.
Day 1 CBD sites: Thursday 28 October 2010 0800hrs at Building1, 25 Aberdeen St
Main reception foyer, proceeding after to eCentral Campus.
Day 2 Metropolitan Sites: Friday 29 October 2010 0800hrs at Mt Lawley Campus, Harold St, Main reception foyer, proceeding after to Leederville then Subiaco Campus’s.
Contractors must attend all mandatory site visits on both days for their tender submission to be conforming.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful Tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided at the Information Desk, Level 2, Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre 21 Mounts Bay Road, Perth, prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any Tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
Closing date: Wednesday 17 November 2010 at 1400 hours
