Description
The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) is seeking to engage a suitable Prime System Integrator (PSI) who has the capacity to provide the required resources to:
(a)staff the Department's Global Support Centre to allow DFAT to continue providing Level 1 ICT Service Management; and
(b)recommend and implement an industry mainstream standard SMT software suite, including its ‘out-of-the-box’ IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and workflows.
