Description

The Department of Justice (the Department) requires the provision of “as required” air charter services for the transportation of young people in the care of Banksia Hill Detention Centre (BHDC) to and from remote and regional locations throughout the State of Western Australia. Services may be required at very short notice and need to be available twenty four hours a day / seven days a week.

The Services required are divided into two categories:

  • Category 1 - Air Charter Services from Perth to regional locations
  • Category 2 – Air Charter Services between regional locations

Respondents may submit an Offer for one or both categories.

The categories will be awarded in either of the following ways:

  • a single supplier for both categories; or
  • a single supplier for each category.

The resultant Head Agreement will constitute a standing offer, whereby the Customer can place Orders on an ‘as required’ basis during the Term.
