Description
Rottnest Island Authority is looking for suitably qualified contractors to undertake demolition of all buildings, structures, fencing and elements in the nominated project area.
The Demolition of Buildings near the Quod Stage 1 Works are to be carried out in 3 separable portions which are listed as follows:
- Stage 1 - Separable Portion 1 Demolition of Residence and Building at 14 Boreham Way
- Stage 1 - Separable Portion 2 Demolition of buildings North of the Quod ex Karma Staff Housing
- Stage 1 - Separable Portion 3 Demolition of Garden Bed at southwest corner of the Quod
The demolition includes removal and disposal of all waste off Island including any asbestos material. The make good / remediation of the demolition sites includes installation of the remediation solution and the make safe and capping of any cut-off in ground elements to make safe for public access.
